Third Grader's People Glyphs!

What is a glyph?
A simple picture or figure whose features represent
information about a subject.

Third graders (and a few adults:-) created people
glyphs.  The glyphs represent information about
how third graders (and a few adults) like to learn
math.

Students discuss various ways to sort the glyphs and then
interpret their data.  The concrete model (actual glyphs) can
then be represented on a graph.
